Valuation are done via the Valuation view tab.
Search for an object by entering the object's street address in the text field.
The address is given in the form: Helsinginkatu 14 or Helsinginkatu 14 Helsinki. The address field does not recognize the postal code. The more precise address of the object (apartment number) will only be entered later.
Press the magnifying glass icon to search for an address.
All buildings found at the address will be displayed. Choose the object you want to evaluate by choosing the right type for the valuation (residential, commercial or group valuation). The Residential option includes both individual residential apartments and houses.
