The instructions contain a short summary of the valuation of an entire housing stock company and the creation of the distribution of apartments, i.e. units.
To evaluate an entire housing association (e.g. an apartment building or a townhouse company), after the address search, select Group as the type of evaluation
Fill in the object's information normally to the form. At this stage, the information is given to the entire housing stock company, e.g. surface area. By pressing the button Generate units, the service generates an apartment distribution for the object based on the information you enter.
If you are satisfied with the apartment layout, you do not need to modify it. If on the other hand, you want to enter a more precise apartment distribution, it is possible by adding, editing and deleting lines from the distribution.
You can add a new line using the plus button on the right. Pressing the pencil icon allows you to edit the line, and pressing the trash can icon deletes the entire line. To make editing easier, by clicking on the column headings, you can arrange them from smallest to largest. This way you can proceed, for example, in entering data one layer at a time.
By pressing Continue you'll enter on the next page, where to you can fill out the detailed information of the housing stock company.
After filling out all the needed information, you can generate the valuation by pressing green Valuate unit -button. In the price estimate, the estimated market values of all apartments have been added together, and the total price does not include discounts.
